Blue And Yellow Roses

Blue And Yellow Roses Biography
The rose has been associated with ancient rituals started by the Greeks and Romans, and some of their gods were associated with the red flower. In fact many countries and political parties associate themselves with red and other varieties of roses and have done so throughout decades of time. The rose is also associated with romance and sensuality in the movies as when a flamenco dancer places a rose between the teeth while dancing with a partner. Even ceremonies and holidays in the United States utilize the rose. For example each New Year's Day the Rose Parade is on television all across the country. All the floats in the parade are covered with various types and colors of rose petals, making this parade one of the most unique parades of all time. Several states have adopted the rose as the state flower.
